- Some plush items use long-pile fabric, which may naturally show slight singeing, shedding, or tangling due to material characteristics and manufacturing processes.
- Thread fraying of less than 1CM may occur during production.
- The product is vulnerable to sharp objects and heat, so please handle with care.
- Depending on mass production processes, loose threads and minor print imperfections may occur.
- Due to material and manufacturing characteristics, mixed threads or fine loose fibers may be present.
- Colors may appear differently depending on the user’s monitor settings.
- Fiber shedding may occur during initial use due to product characteristics.
- Biodegradable packaging made from plant-based materials may tear easily due to its nature.
- Packaging materials such as the package, OPP, or outbox are designed to protect internal components from scratches, dents, and dust, and may show minor damage during manufacturing or shipping.
- Printed items (photocards, etc.) may have slight stains, scratches, bends, or creases due to production characteristics.

- Partial cancellations before shipment are only possible by product unit. Cancellation of partial quantities of the same product is not allowed.
- Pre-sale items will be manufactured after the sales period ends and shipped on the separately announced shipping date. Please check the shipping schedule before placing your order.
- Delivery time for pre-sale items may take 15 business days (weekdays excluding weekends/holidays) or more to ship the last order, depending on total order volume.
- Your order will be shipped within 3-7 days from the date of your order for in-stock items only. If the item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped, we will contact you individually.
- We will not refund or reship an item that was mistakenly delivered due to customer error.
Exchange / Return Request Method
- Requests can be submitted via the Exchange / Return button in your Order / Shipping History or through MY FANS > 1:1 Inquiry.(Please note that only returns are available for change-of-mind requests.)
Exchange / Return Eligibility Period
- Change of mind: Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery completion date.
- Defective / Missing items: Requests must be submitted within 90 days from the date of receipt.
*Attaching photos or videos related to defective/missing items when making an inquiry will help us process your request more quickly.
Exchange / Return Shipping Fees
- If a return is requested due to the purchaser’s change of mind, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping fee.
- If an exchange/return is requested due to a defective item, incorrect item, or delivery issue, the seller is responsible for the shipping fee.
- For printed materials and photo-related products (e.g., photocards), minor smudges, scratches, dents, bends, or creases may occur due to the nature of the product and the manufacturing and production process.
- Scratches or damage of OPP, sealed, or any kind of packages used to protect merchandise are subject to scratches and breakage due to the nature of the material.
- A protective film is attached to acrylic products to prevent scratches that may occur during the manufacturing and shipping process. Please remove it before use.
- Product colors may vary compared to the actual material and color depending on monitor specifications and settings.
- For products with physical measurements, errors can occur depending on the nature of the product and how it was measured.
- Please check for product damage before use. Exchange or return requests may be restricted if the product's value is significantly reduced due to consumer use.
- If the packaging of reproducible goods is damaged (CD/LP, DVD/Bluray, magazines, video photo books, photographs, etc.
- ltems the product's value has significantly decreased to the point where resale is difficult due to the passage of time (removal of product barcode, repairs) are not eligible for return.
