- Partial cancellations before shipment are only possible by product unit. Cancellation of partial quantities of the same product is not allowed.
- Pre-sale items will be manufactured after the sales period ends and shipped on the separately announced shipping date. Please check the shipping schedule before placing your order.
- Delivery time for pre-sale items may take 15 business days (weekdays excluding weekends/holidays) or more to ship the last order, depending on total order volume.
- Your order will be shipped within 3-7 days from the date of your order for in-stock items only. If the item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped, we will contact you individually.
- We will not refund or reship an item that was mistakenly delivered due to customer error.
1. Review of Exchange / Return Request Orders
- Returns due to change of mind: Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery completion date.
- Defective or missing items: Requests must be submitted within 90 days from the date of receipt.

- Attaching photos or videos will help us process your request more quickly.
- You may submit a request via the Exchange/Return button in your Order / Shipping History, or through MY FANS > 1:1 Inquiry.
3. Defect Assessment
- Please follow the Customer Service team’s instructions regarding disposal or collection of the defective item.
4. Replacement Shipment / Refund
- Exchange: A replacement item will be shipped.
- Return: A refund will be processed after the defective item has been returned and received.
5. Completion of Exchange / Return
- For printed materials and photo-related products (e.g., photocards), minor smudges, scratches, dents, bends, or creases may occur due to the nature of the product and the manufacturing and production process.
- Scratches or damage of OPP, sealed, or any kind of packages used to protect merchandise are subject to scratches and breakage due to the nature of the material.
- A protective film is attached to acrylic products to prevent scratches that may occur during the manufacturing and shipping process. Please remove it before use.
- Due to the nature of the manufacturing and processing process and silicone material characteristics, minor stains, scratches, surface marks, and slight size variations between individual items may occur. In addition, for products with an attachment or assembly-based design, parts may not fit perfectly flush due to the inherent properties of the silicone material.
- Product colors may vary compared to the actual material and color depending on monitor specifications and settings.
- For products with physical measurements, errors can occur depending on the nature of the product and how it was measured.
- Please check for product damage before use. Exchange or return requests may be restricted if the product's value is significantly reduced due to consumer use.
- If the packaging of reproducible goods is damaged (CD/LP, DVD/Bluray, magazines, video photo books, photographs, etc.
- ltems the product's value has significantly decreased to the point where resale is difficult due to the passage of time (removal of product barcode, repairs) are not eligible for return.
- There may be additional precautions for specific products, so please check the product information.
- Event gifts or special perks are subject to the same exchange and return instructions as the original item.

[Can I repurchase an item after cancelling my order?]
- Regular Items: If the item is still available for sale, it can be repurchased, subject to stock availability.
- Pre-Order Items
During the Sales Period: Repurchase is available until the end of the pre-order sales period. However, even during the pre-order period, limited-quantity items cannot be repurchased once they are sold out.
After the Sales Period: Once the pre-order sales period has ended, repurchase is no longer available, as these items are produced based on final orders (made-to-order). Please note that if a cancellation is made due to a change of mind, or if a refund is requested directly through the payment provider (PG/card issuer) after this period, repurchase will not be available.
