1.무선 충전 주의사항
무선 충전이 되지 않는 경우
- 충전하려는 디바이스가 무선 충전을 지원하는 기종인지 확인해 주세요.
- 스마트폰 케이스의 두께가 허용범위 이상이거나 특수 재질일 경우 무선 충전이 안될 수 있습니다. 이때는 케이스를 벗긴 후 충전을 시도해 주세요.
- 무선 충전 기기를 충전 패드의 중앙의 충전 표시부에 정확히 놓아주세요.
충전 속도가 느릴 경우
- 무선 충전 패드의 고속 무선 충전을 위해서는 고속 충전 어댑터를 사용해야 합니다. (권장 사양: PD 혹은 퀵 차지 2.0/3.0 이상)
- 5V 규격의 일반 충전기 혹은 PC 등의 USB 단자에 연결 시 전력이 낮아 충전 속도가 저하되며 충전이 끊기는 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.
- 무선 충전기 기기를 충전 패드의 중앙의 충전 표시부에 정확히 놓아주세요.
- 멀티포트 고속 충전 어댑터에 연결할 경우 고속 충전이 되지 않을 수 있습니다. (멀티포트 이용 시 어댑터의 규격을 확인해 주세요.)
- 무선 충전 시 (스마트폰 등) 기기의 배터리 잔량, 발열 등에 따라 기기 보호를 위해 충전속도가 가변 됩니다. 이는 정상이며 가변 기준은 기종마다 상이합니다.
2. 제품 주의사항
- 주의사항을 따르지 않아 발생한 피해에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
- 제품을 원래 용도 이외 다른 용도로 사용하지 마십시오.
- 본 제품은 어린이용 제품이 아니며, 사용을 금해주세요.
- 반려동물 등이 제품을 빨거나 물어뜯지 않게 주의하십시오.
- 손상된 전원코드나 플러그, 헐거운 콘센트는 사용하지 마십시오.
- 제품에서 발열이 심하면 제품 사용을 잠시 중단하십시오.
- 신용카드, 전화카드, 통장, 승차권 등에 포함된 자성은 충전패드와 가까이 있을 경우 자기장에 의해 정보가 훼손될 수 있습니다.
- 충전기의 연결부(외부 커넥터 연결 부분)에 전도성 이물질(액체, 먼지, 금속 가루, 연필심 등)이 들어가지 않도록 주의하십시오.
- 고객에 의한 과실 및 부주의(침수, 파손, 손상 등)로 인한 분실 또는 고장 발생 시 보증서비스 제외됩니다.
- 금속 재질의 물체가 충전부 근처 또는 위에 있을 경우 이상 과열 및 오작동의 원인이될 수 있습니다
- 충전 대상 기기의 수신 코일의 위치가 제품 중심에서 어긋날 경우 충전이 정상적으로되지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 제품을 임의로 분해하거나 변형, 수리하지 마십시오.
- 화기나 습기, 직사광선은 피해주세요.
- 제품이 물 또는 알코올, 벤젠 등의 화학 약품에 닿았거나 화재 등의 위험에 노출 되었을 경우 즉시 전원을 차단하고 안전성을 확보하고 난 이후에 재 사용하여 주십시오.
- 충전을 할 때에는 스마트폰 등 충전을 하고자 하는 제품을 올려놓고 충전이 시작되었는지 확인하는 것을 권장합니다.
- 높은 곳에서 제품을 떨어뜨리지 마십시오.
- 무선 충전 패드 위에 무거운 물건을 올려놓지 마십시오.
- 젖은 손으로 제품을 사용할 경우 화재나 감전의 원인이 될 수 있으므로 절대 삼가 주십시오.
- 충전 기종 및 사용 환경에 따라 기기를 충전기에 올린 뒤 실제 충전 작동까지 약 4~5초정도의 지연이 되는 경우가 있으나, 기기나 충전기 자체의 불량이 아닌 자기장을 주
고받는 과정에서 발생하는 자연적인 현상입니다.
- 실온에서의 사용을 권장하며, 실온에서의 사용이 아닐 경우 제품이 손상되거나 수명이 단축될 수 있습니다.
- 세탁을 위해 물속에 넣거나 세탁기 작동 등의 세척은 금합니다.
- 사용하지 않을 시 반드시 전원을 끄고 보관해 주시기 바랍니다.

Shipping Information
- Pre-sale items will be manufactured after the sales period ends and shipped on the separately announced shipping date. Please check the shipping schedule before placing your order.
- Delivery time for pre-sale items may take 15 business days (weekdays excluding weekends/holidays) or more to ship the last order, depending on total order volume.
- Your order will be shipped within 3-7 days from the date of your order for in-stock items only. If the item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped, we will contact you individually.
- We will not refund or reship an item that was mistakenly delivered due to customer error.

Exchange / Return Shipping Fees
- If a return is requested due to the purchaser’s change of mind, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping fee.

- A protective film is attached to acrylic products to prevent scratches that may occur during the manufacturing and shipping process. Please remove it before use.
- Product colors may vary compared to the actual material and color depending on monitor specifications and settings.
- For products with physical measurements, errors can occur depending on the nature of the product and how it was measured.
- Please check for product damage before use. Exchange or return requests may be restricted if the product\'s value is significantly reduced due to consumer use.
- If the packaging of reproducible goods is damaged (CD/LP, DVD/Bluray, magazines, video photo books, photographs, etc.
- ltems the product's value has significantly decreased to the point where resale is difficult due to the passage of time (eremoval of product barcode, repairs) are not eligible for return.
