[FANS 사전 예약 관련 유의사항 안내]

* TWICE 11TH ANNIVERSARY POP-UP STORE 〈TWICE THE THRILL〉 FANS 온라인 사전 예약제 및 현장 대기 입장으로 운영됩니다.

* 온라인 사전 예약은 FANS 예약 시스템을 통해 사전 방문 예약할 수 있으며, 지정한 날짜의 해당 회차에 한하여 입장이 가능합니다.

* TWICE 11TH ANNIVERSARY POP-UP STORE 〈TWICE THE THRILL〉 은 1일 총 6회차로 진행됩니다. 사전 예약 방문은 기간 내 1인 1회 가능하며, 동일 명의로 가입된 다른 아이디로 추가 예약 시 현장 상황에 따라 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

* 예약자 본인만 입장 가능합니다. 온라인 사전 예약 시 본인 명의의 아이디를 사용해 주시기 바랍니다.

* 만 14세 미만 예약자의 경우, 법정대리인(가족 명의) 계정으로 예약 페이지 접속 후 방문자 정보에 실제 방문하시는 분의 성함을 기재해 주셔야 합니다.

* 온라인 사전 예약자의 예약 회차별 입장 순서는 지정되어 있지 않으며, 방문하시는 순서대로 입장이 진행됩니다.

* 예약한 회차의 운영 시간 마감 20분 전까지 입장이 가능합니다.

* 사전 예약 여부와 관계 없이 현장 상황에 따라 MERCH 조기 품절이 발생할 수 있습니다. 당일 FANS 앱을 통해 품절 현황을 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[FANS Pre-reservation Guide]

* TWICE 11TH ANNIVERSARY POP-UP STORE 〈TWICE THE THRILL〉 is operated through a FANS online advance reservation system and on-site waitlisting system.

* Online advance reservations can be made through the FANS reservation system, and entry is permitted only for the designated date and time slot.

* TWICE 11TH ANNIVERSARY POP-UP STORE 〈TWICE THE THRILL〉 runs for a total of 6 sessions per day. Each person can make a reservation to visit once within the period. If you make additional reservations using another ID registered under the same name, entry may be restricted depending on the on-site situation.

* Only the person who made the reservation is allowed to enter. Please use an ID under your own name when making an online advance reservation.

* For reservation holders under the age of 14, you must access the reservation page using a legal guardian's (family member's) account and enter the actual visitor's name in the visitor information section.

* The entry order for online advance reservation holders within each time slot is not designated; entry will proceed in the order of arrival.

* Entry is permitted until 20 minutes before the end of the operating hours for your reserved time slot.

* Regardless of prior reservations, MERCH may sell out early depending on the on-site situation. Please check the sell-out status through the FANS app on the day of your visit.

온라인 사전 예약 입장 관련 안내

Online Pre-reservation Admission Guidelines

* 입장 시작 시간 10분 전부터 대기 및 예약 확인이 진행될 예정입니다.

방문객의 안전 및 원활한 현장 운영을 위해 예약하신 회차별 입장 시간에 맞추어 방문해 주시기를 바랍니다.

<FANS 예약>

입장 전 FANS 예약 내역 확인 절차를 진행합니다.

예약 내역 상세 화면(앱 내 실제 화면)이 확인되지 않을 경우 입장이 불가하며, 화면 캡처본은 인정되지 않습니다.

예약 완료 후에는 예약자명 변경이 불가하오니, 반드시 본인 명의의 FANS 아이디로 예약해주세요.

예약이 정상적으로 완료되지 않았을 경우 FANS 예약 내역이 표시되지 않으니, 꼭 예약 내역이 정상적으로 노출되는지 확인해주세요.

* 예약 내역 확인 방법

- 예약 내역은 모바일 화면으로 확인이 진행됩니다. 예약 내역의 캡처본 및 사본 (출력물)으로는 확인이 불가하오니 참고 부탁드립니다.

- My FANS > 예약/예매 내역

* 예약하신 회차의 입장 가능 시간 이후에는 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

원활한 입장을 위해 예약하신 회차별 입장 가능 시간을 미리 확인하시고, 시간 내 방문해 주시기를 바랍니다.

* 반려동물은 동반 입장이 불가합니다. 단, 시각장애인 안내견은 동반 입장이 가능합니다.

* 생수를 제외한 모든 음료 및 음식물은 반입이 금지되어 있습니다.

*Waiting and reservation verification will begin 10 minutes before the entry start time. For the safety of visitors and smooth on-site operations, please visit according to the entry time of your reserved session.

<FANS Reservation>

Before entry, we will verify your FANS reservation details.

Entry will be denied if the reservation details screen (the actual screen within the app) cannot be verified. Screenshots will not be accepted.

Once the reservation is completed, the reservation name cannot be changed, so please make sure to reserve with your own FANS ID.

If the reservation has not been completed successfully, the details will not appear on the FANS reservation information page. Please double-check to ensure that the reservation details are properly displayed.

* How to confirm reservation details

- Reservation details will be verified via your mobile screen. Please note that a screenshot or copy (print-out) of the reservation details cannot be accepted.

- My FANS > Reservation/Ticket History

* Entry may be restricted after the permitted entry time for your reserved session. For smooth entry, please check the permitted entry time for your reserved session in advance and arrive within the designated time frame.

* Pets are not allowed. However, guide dogs for the visually impaired are permitted.

* Bringing in any outside food and beverages, with the exception of bottled water, is strictly prohibited.

Guidelines

* 원활한 운영을 위하여 퇴장 후 재입장은 불가합니다.

* 각 회차 시간 종료 시점에 맞춰 퇴장 안내를 드리는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

* 모든 방문객의 안전과 원활한 진행을 위해 현장 스태프의 안내에 협조 부탁드립니다.

* 수익 창출 목적이 아닌 경우에만 사진 촬영 및 녹화가 허용됩니다. 라이브 스트리밍 등 다른 방문자에게 불편을 주는 경우 현장 스태프의 제재를 받을 수 있습니다.

* For a smooth operation, re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.

* Please note that the visitors will be guided to exit once your reserved session ends.

* We kindly ask that you cooperate with the on-site staff for guidance to ensure the safety and smooth entrance of all visitors.

* Photography and recording are permitted only for non-commercial purposes. Live streaming or any activities that may cause inconvenience to other visitors may be restricted by on-site staff.
