Exchange / Return Request Method
- Requests can be submitted via the Exchange / Return button in your Order / Shipping History or through MY FANS > 1:1 Inquiry.
Exchange / Return Eligibility Period
- Change of mind: Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery completion date.
- Defective / Missing items: Requests must be submitted within 90 days from the date of receipt.
*Attaching photos or videos related to defective/missing items when making an inquiry will help us process your request more quickly.
Exchange / Return Shipping Fees
- If a return is requested due to the purchaser’s change of mind, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping fee.

- A protective film is attached to acrylic products to prevent scratches that may occur during the manufacturing and shipping process. Please remove it before use.
- Product colors may vary compared to the actual material and color depending on monitor specifications and settings.
- For products with physical measurements, errors can occur depending on the nature of the product and how it was measured.
- Please check for product damage before use. Exchange or return requests may be restricted if the product\'s value is significantly reduced due to consumer use.
- If the packaging of reproducible goods is damaged (CD/LP, DVD/Bluray, magazines, video photo books, photographs, etc.
- ltems the product's value has significantly decreased to the point where resale is difficult due to the passage of time (eremoval of product barcode, repairs) are not eligible for return.
