In cases where the date of birth or name was entered incorrectly at the time of membership registration, an update is currently being prepared.

This update will allow direct edits to membership information within the FANS app for a limited period after purchase.

Once the app update is completed, a separate notice will be provided with detailed instructions and the applicable correction period.

Please note that the system is currently under preparation, and immediate assistance may not be available at this time.
