If the product is returned to the FANS SHOP logistics center due to reasons such as unpaid or refused customs duties, it will be considered a return due to a change of mind.

In such cases, only the amount excluding the initial shipping fee, return shipping fee, and re-import customs duties will be refunded. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase.
