Due to the revised shipping schedule for the Stray Kids SKZOO TAMAGOTCHI & CASE SET (2nd sale) purchased from JYP SHOP, we would like to inform you that the previously announced point transfer schedule has been changed.
Previous: Points were to be transferred based on the higher balance between April 4, 2025 and after the final shipment in June 2025.
Revised: Points will be transferred based on the higher balance between April 4, 2025 and after the final pre-order delivery of 2025 (final delivery expected in August 2025, with transfers beginning in September).
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this schedule change and kindly ask for your understanding.

Hello, this is FANS SHOP.
We'd like to inform you about transferring your existing reward points from JYP SHOP. If you wish to apply for the transfer, please refer to the details below.
[JYP SHOP Reward Points Transfer and Usage Period on FANS SHOP]
The timing of the JYP SHOP reward points transfer will be determined based on the shipping period of pre-order items purchased before the platform's closure. You will be able to apply for the transfer with the higher balance of your reward points, based on the final purchase confirmation date of your JYP SHOP account, either on April 4, 2025 or in June 2025, after the final shipment is completed.
When applying for a reward points transfer to FANS SHOP, the system will automatically transfer the higher balance of your JYP SHOP reward points from April 2025 or June 2025.
To ensure a secure reward points transfer and usage, applications will be available starting in June, once all pre-order shipments from JYP SHOP have been completed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you wish to transfer information and reward points from your existing JYP SHOP account, please follow the instructions in the upcoming notice and apply for account verification.
JYP SHOP account verification for FANS SHOP usage is limited to a one-to-one account verification.
Once the JYP SHOP account verification for FANS SHOP is completed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Upon account verification, reward points from JYP SHOP will be transferred to the new platform.
Reward points can only be transferred to a single FANS SHOP account and cannot be split across multiple accounts.
