Hello, this is FANS.
Thank you for using the FANS service.
To help you stay updated on restocks of your favorite items, the Restock Notification feature has been newly added to FANS SHOP.
Please refer to the instructions below to enable this feature.
📌 Restock Notification Settings (Required)
To receive notifications properly, both of the following settings must be turned ON.
- Promotional Notifications ON
: MY FANS > Notification Settings > Promotional Notifications
- Device Notification ON
: Allow FANS notifications in your mobile device settings
📌 How to Request Restock Notifications
- Tap the [Notify me] button on the product detail page.
- This feature is available only for sold out or discontinued products.
- Once the product is back in stock, you will be notified via notification.
📌 Update Notes
- The images in the notice are examples to help understand the feature.
- These updates apply from v2.2604.1 (2026.01.23 KST).
- Update timing in the App Store or Google Play may vary depending on user environment.
- For further inquiries or assistance, please use MY FANS > 1:1 Inquiry.
