- Some products may not be restocked.

- Quantities of restocked items are limited and may sell out rapidly.

- Temporary traffic overload may cause delays during sales openings. Depending on the situation, you may be redirected to a waiting room screen when accessing FANS SHOP.

- Even if payment is completed via PG, your order is only confirmed when it appears in the FANS app. If your order does not appear in the app, it is considered failed and will be automatically refunded within 3–5 business days.
