Hello, this is FANS SHOP.
From September 23, 2025, 11:00 AM (KST), you can apply for the transfer of your existing points from JYP SHOP. Thank you for waiting for this process to open.
Please check the information below and proceed with your transfer application.
*Points transfer is only available through the FANS SHOP app and is not supported on the web.
[Guide to Transferable Points Example (Updated on 2025-09-22 13:00PM)]
When checking transferable points, the displayed amount will follow the example below:
If JYP SHOP account A had 1,000 KRW available as of April 30, but 400 KRW expired by June 30 leaving 600 KRW available, the amount shown in FANS SHOP will be the pre-expiration balance of 1,000 KRW.
You can check your monthly available points and expired points under the JYP SHOP menu: thejypshop.com > MY > Benefits Information > Points.
[How to Transfer Points]

Go to MY FANS > Points > Import Points

Select JYP SHOP mall

Log in to JYP SHOP

Check available points

Click the Import Points button to complete the transfer
4.
Confirm the final balance under MY FANS > Points
[Validity Period of Transferred Points]
Valid for 1 year from the date the transfer is completed.
e.g. If points are transferred on September 30, 2025, they can be used until September 30, 2026, 23:59:59 (KST).
[Important Notes]
1.
Application period: 2025-09-23 (Tue) 11:00:00 – 2026-03-31 (Tue) 23:59:59 (KST).

If account information does not match, the transfer will not be possible. Please ensure accurate information is entered.

JYP SHOP account verification is 1:1 only (1 JYP SHOP account can be linked to 1 FANS account).
e.g. It is not possible to link 2 JYP SHOP accounts to 1 FANS account and transfer points.

Point transfers can only be made to a single FANS account, and it is not possible to combine points distributed across multiple JYP SHOP malls for transfer.
e.g. If your JYP SHOP ID is registered in KR, JP, and CN malls with 500 KRW, 500 JPY, and 500 USD respectively – once you select the KR mall ID and complete the transfer of 500 KRW, the remaining JP/CN mall points cannot be transferred.

When points are transferred, they will be credited in FANS SHOP in the same currency as the original JYP SHOP mall. However, when you use the points, they will be converted into the standard currency based on your default shipping address, and the available balance will be displayed accordingly.
e.g.
Transfer 1,000 KRW points from JYP SHOP KR → Credited as 1,000 KRW in FANS SHOP → If the default shipping destination is the U.S., the points will be converted into USD using FANS SHOP’s automatic exchange rate and displayed as the available balance.
Transfer 5 USD points from JYP SHOP EN → Credited as 5 USD in FANS SHOP → If the default shipping destination is Korea, the points will be converted into KRW and displayed as the available balance.

The points shown for transfer will reflect the higher of the balances recorded as of April 2025 or June 2025, based on completed deliveries.
e.g. If a JYP SHOP account has 1,200p remaining as of April and 800p as of June → The transferable points will be 1,200p.

Once logged in, a JYP SHOP account remains active for 2 hours. If you wish to transfer multiple accounts, please allow at least 2 hours between attempts.

Once the transfer is complete, any remaining points in JYP SHOP will automatically expire.
