Following changes to customs and shipping policies in Mexico, the application of customs duties and taxes will change as follows.

■ Effective Date

- From September 1, 2026 (Tue) (KST)

- The effective date may vary depending on the timing of shipment and local customs clearance.

■ Changes (Based on merchandise value, excluding shipping fees)

- Orders of USD 300 or less: Not subject to additional customs duties or taxes

- Orders over USD 300: General customs clearance applies, and customs duties and taxes must be paid separately by the customer

■ Important Notes

- The USD 300 limit is calculated based on the total merchandise value for each shipment order, excluding shipping fees.

- If discounts, reward points, or other promotions are applied, the actual taxable amount may vary depending on the standards of local customs authorities and the carrier.

- Orders over USD 300 may take longer to clear customs due to the general customs clearance process.

- Additional documents, such as a TAX ID (local tax identification number) or invoice, may be required during customs clearance.

- Delays in paying customs duties and taxes or submitting required documents may result in delayed customs clearance and delivery, or the shipment being returned.

Please note that shipping conditions and customs clearance requirements may change depending on local customs authorities and the carrier.
