Hello. This is FANS.
Due to changes in European tax regulations, the shipping fee policy for certain European countries will be updated as follows.
■ Effective Date
From July 20, 2026 (Mon) (KST)
■ What’s Changing
Previously, shipping fees and customs duties/taxes were charged separately. After this change, customs duties and taxes will be included in the shipping fee at the time of purchase.
Before the Change
At Checkout : Shipping fee only
Upon Delivery : Customs duties and Value Added Tax (VAT) paid separately
After the Change
At Checkout : Shipping fee, customs duties, and Value Added Tax (VAT) paid together
Upon Delivery: No additional customs duties or Value Added Tax (VAT) required
Please note that the applicable countries and whether this policy applies may vary depending on the shipping destination.
