NOTICE

Please review the following information regarding product purchases and inquiries.

1. Payment can only be made in Korean won by cash or credit card. However, some cards may not be accepted due to the circumstances of the card company. Also, if the card is not under your name, there may be restrictions on use.

2. On-site purchases can be exchanged and refunded only within the booth operation hours.

For smooth guidance, please be sure to check for defects on site immediately after purchase, and bring the card you used to pay and the receipt.

3. There is no allocated storage provided for customers.

4. In accordance with the Resource Recycling Act, the provision of free disposable shopping bags is prohibited. Please prepare a bag to carry the product.

5. All products may be out of stock early. You can order sold-out products through FANS SHOP.

6. Waiting line outside the booth before the operation hours is not allowed. The waiting list registration is available through the on-site waitlist service in the FANS app.

7. MERCH sales hours may vary depending on the on-site circumstance, and operation hours may change when the products are out of stock.

8. Please check the out-of-stock status through the FANS app notification.

9. There may be a purchase limit for merch per person, depending on the on-site circumstances.

10. DAY6 OFFICIAL LIGHT BAND VER 3 is not included in purchase price.
