We would like to inform you that the order data verification and recovery process related to the payment system error that occurred during the sale of 10th Anniversary Tour FINALE in SEOUL merchandise has been completed, and the service has now been fully restored.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during the purchasing process.

As a result of the recovery process, all orders with successfully verified payments have been restored and processed. You can check your order status under MY FANS > Order/Delivery History.

However, orders falling under any of the following categories have been canceled and refunded:

- Orders exceeding the purchase limit per person

- Orders for which inventory could not be secured

- Orders with unverifiable payment information or incomplete payment data validation

- Orders that did not meet the requirements for reward point usage

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed sequentially through the original payment method used at checkout.

※ Depending on your card issuer or payment method, it may take approximately 3–7 business days for the refund to be reflected.

In addition, customers whose orders could not be completed due to the payment error despite inventory being available at the time of purchase will receive separate notifications.

FANS will continue to strengthen system stability and monitoring to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
