Hello, this is FANS.
Thank you for using the FANS service.
We are pleased to introduce the renewed Membership features with this update.
1. Purchase Membership-related products in FANS SHOP
- In the newly added ‘Membership’ category on the Artist Shop main page, you can find membership-related products.
(*Availability of membership products may differ by artist, and separate announcements will be made according to the sales schedule.)
1) Purchasing Membership in SHOP
- Memberships cannot be purchased together with other physical products and are only available as ‘Buy Now’.
- Memberships sold in SHOP are automatically activated when you join the community after payment without any separate verification process.
- Membership information can be entered separately from account information (orderer information), but the same information applies to all memberships purchased on FANS.
(e.g., If you purchase A Membership and then purchase B Membership, you cannot set different information for A and B.)
- SHOP Credits are not provided for membership purchases.
- The operation method, benefits, and price may differ by membership. Please refer to the product detail page for more information.
2) Purchasing Membership-exclusive products in SHOP
- Membership-exclusive products are available only after joining a membership.
- Availability and operation of membership-exclusive products may vary by artist. Please check the sales notice and product detail page.
2. [Membership Management] menu is added in MY FANS
You can check both active and expired memberships of your joined communities at a glance.
3. Renewal of membership detail page
- In Community > [Profile] > [Membership], you can check your membership history within the community.
- Active memberships will be pinned at the top.
- You can check membership information on the back of your digital membership card.
- QR code for membership authentication is available.
(*If any event require QR code authentication, separate announcements will be provided.)
📌 Notes on Membership
- If you have memberships joined outside of FANS (e.g., YES24 Ticket, Interpark Ticket), you can continue to authenticate in FANS to use membership benefits.
- If new memberships are sold through FANS, announcements will be made in the relevant community or SHOP.
