* The stories and files you submit via Google Form may be featured during the fanmeeting corner and Beyond LIVE streaming. They will not be used for any purpose other than fanmeeting content.

* Since the fanmeeting will be streamed via Beyond LIVE, please note that submitted photos and videos may be captured or recorded.

* If your submission includes anyone other than yourself, you must blur their faces before submitting.
