Each applicant may apply for up to 4 tickets per person.

Apply via the “Event” tab in FANS, selecting your desired show date and number of tickets.

*Up to 4 tickets per person. Please note you may win tickets for multiple shows, so apply only for dates you can attend.

Enter your full name exactly as shown on your passport in English.

*This will be used for identity verification at the venue.

Please ensure the same name is used when registering on ticket board.

Winners will receive a payment URL and access key via email.

Access the ticket board website via the provided payment link.

Payment must be completed on ticket board in Japanese Yen via credit card only.

The number of tickets and shows cannot be changed after application.

A ticket board account registration is required for payment.

Supported languages on ticket board: Japanese / English only.

Your registered name (in Alphabet) must exactly match your NEX2Y membership name and your passport name.

Tickets will be issued as paper tickets, distributed after identity verification at the venue.

Personal information during registration may be shared with local partners in Japan for ticketing and event operations.

Failure to complete payment within the deadline will result in automatic cancellation.

[Ticket Pickup]

-Pickup Location: Tickets must be collected at the venue.

Collect at “NEXZ GLOBAL FANCLUB NEX2Y 2nd Membership Booth” at each venue.

-Distribution Time:

Yoyogi National Gymnasium First Gymnasium (Tokyo): From venue opening time

Osaka-jō Hall (Osaka): From venue opening time

[Ticket Pickup & Entry Notes]

All tickets are distributed via lottery system. Seat numbers will be revealed upon ticket pickup at the venue.

Tickets can only be collected after doors open.

No ticket distribution after the show starts.

On the event day, you must present:

-Your passport

-Your NEX2Y 2nd mobile membership card

Tickets will only be issued after identity verification clearing both of the above to match the name when registering for the ticket.

Failure to present both will result in denied ticket pickup and entry.

The transfer of tickets from third parties, unofficial sales, or direct transactions between individuals outside of authorized purchase channels are strictly prohibited.

Tickets obtained through illegal or unauthorized transactions may be invalidated without prior notice, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Please note that cancellations and refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Any losses or damages incurred as a result of these activities shall be the sole responsibility of the parties involved, and the organizers and promoters shall not be held liable.

Lost tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Entry without a valid ticket is not permitted.

Children under 4 years old are not permitted, ages 4+ require a ticket.

Only official light sticks and approved fan items are allowed, unauthorized LED boards or custom lighting devices are prohibited.

Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in data deletion, removal from venue, and possible future ticket restrictions.

If any photography, video recording, or audio recording is found in NEX2Y 2nd designated seating areas, your ability to make future membership-related reservations for NEXZ performances in Japan may be restricted. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

[Important Information for ticket board – Winners Only]

If you win a ticket, payment must be completed via ticket board

*At the time of payment, registration for “ticket board” (free) is required.

If you are not yet registered, please proceed using the link below.

*Please confirm the “ticket board” Terms of Use and apply for tickets for this performance only after agreeing to them.

*Payment will be by credit card only.

Credit card must be under the applicant’s name. Please note that some debit cards and prepaid cards may not be accepted.

*If your application information does not match your ticket board registration details, your payment will be canceled and your ticket will be invalidated, so please be sure that the names match.

*Winners will receive a separate email with payment instructions via ticket board.

*Tickets purchased through this pre-sale are not eligible for official resale or trade services.

*Please note that some personal information provided during application may be shared with ‘ticket board’ (overseas transfer to Japan).

Door opening time and show start time are subject to change.

Sharing your ticket board account information (ID/password) including family and friends, using another person’s account, impersonation, or altering account details is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in denial of entry or suspension/termination of membership.

Ticket resale or transfer is strictly prohibited. Tickets obtained through unauthorized channels (including auctions or private sales) may be invalidated in accordance with the Terms of Use, without notice, and entry may be denied regardless of the reason.

Based on the organizer’s rules, photography, video recording, and audio recording inside the venue are prohibited, even for personal use (e.g. selfies). Guests who violate these rules or fail to follow staff instructions may be asked to leave.

No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted after application or purchase.
