[KickFlip Fan Etiquette]

1. Prohibition of Visiting Private Schedules and Personal Spaces

- Please refrain from visiting, waiting near, attempting to communicate with, or taking photos/videos at any private schedules not disclosed on the KickFlip FANS community, as well as the artist’s personal spaces including accommodations, company buildings, salons, practice rooms, schools, or family homes.

- During overseas schedules, please refrain from waiting at or around the artist’s accommodations, following their routes, or filming them.

2. Prohibition of Invasion of Privacy and Stalking (Online & Offline)

- Please refrain from obtaining, sharing, buying, or selling personal information such as resident registration numbers, phone numbers, home addresses, IDs, or flight information including seat details for domestic or international travel.

- Please refrain from repeatedly contacting the artist, visiting or lingering around private locations, or attempting conversation or physical contact.

- Please refrain from searching for or contacting the personal SNS accounts or contact information of the artist’s family or acquaintances, as well as taking or distributing photos without consent.

3. Guidelines for Airport Use

- When the artist is using the airport for schedules, excessive close contact, unilateral attempts at conversation, delivering gifts or letters, or indiscriminate filming may cause congestion and pose safety risks. Please maintain a safe distance from the artist at all times.

- Filming indiscriminately or following the artist’s movement within all airport facilities—including immigration areas, security checkpoints, restricted zones, aircraft cabins, lounges, duty-free shops, and baggage claim areas—is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibition of Interference with Artist-Related Duties

- Please refrain from obstructing the artist’s vehicle, hindering movement during commuting, or following the artist by car, as these actions may endanger not only the artist but also fans and the general public.

- Please refrain from interfering with the duties of managers, staff, security teams, or other personnel involved in the artist’s schedules, and refrain from refusing to cooperate with their requests.

5. Other Prohibited Behavior

- In addition to the above, please refrain from any actions that may lead to safety incidents or any behavior deemed inappropriate or equivalent to the listed violations.

- Verbal abuse or excessive remarks that cause emotional distress or psychological threat to the artist are also strictly prohibited.

[Measures for Violations of Fan Etiquette]

1. If these fan etiquette guidelines are violated, entry to or participation in official schedules (including performances, public broadcasts, and fan sign events) may be restricted without prior notice.

2. If illegal filming is discovered in prohibited areas such as public broadcast recording sites, deletion of the material may be requested and the individual may be forcibly removed from the venue.

3. These guidelines apply equally regardless of fan membership status.

4. If a violation is deemed to constitute illegal activity, civil and/or criminal legal action may be taken.
