▶ Fan Club Presale Verification

1.  JUN. K OFFICIAL FAN CLUB / HOTTEST 9TH Fan club verification

- JUN. K Official Fan Club Verification Period: Thursday, April 30, 2026, 1:15 PM – Monday, May 4, 2026, 8:00 PM (KST)

- HOTTEST 9th Gen> Verification Period: Monday, May 4, 2026, 9:00 PM – Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 8:00 PM (KST)

- You can verify using the exact name and 11-digit membership number (including “T”) provided when joining <JUN. K Official Fan Club> or <HOTTEST 9th Membership> (e.g., Hong Gildong / T1234567890).

- Each Ticketlink ID can be used for one verification per fan club during their respective periods.

- If you verify on the Korean booking page, you must purchase tickets on the Korean page. If you verify on the Global page, you must purchase tickets on the Global page.

- For English names, the spelling, capitalization, and spacing must exactly match your fan club registration.

- Typos or incorrect information will result in verification failure.

- Once verified, no additional verification is required upon re-login.

- After verification is complete, you cannot change accounts or re-verify, even if you delete your Ticketlink account.

- If you do not verify during the designated period, you will only be able to purchase tickets during the General Sale.

- The organizer and ticketing platform are not responsible for any issues caused by leaked verification information or misuse by others. Please manage your information carefully.

- If the account used for fan club registration and the Ticketlink account used for booking do not match, you may be ineligible for on-site benefits. The purchaser is solely responsible.

- Verification is not possible after the deadline. Please complete it in advance.

2.  Fan Club Presale Information

1) JUN. KOFFICIAL FAN CLUB: Monday, May 4, 2026, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (KST)

2) HOTTEST 9TH: Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (KST)

- Only those who completed the fan club verification for <JUN. K Official Fan Club> and <HOTTEST 9th Gen> during the designated period may participate.

- The <HOTTEST 9th Gen> presale will only offer seats remaining after the <JUN. K Official Fan Club> presale.

- All seating sections will be open during the presale.

- Cancellations and refunds are only available through the original ticketing platform before the deadline. No changes or refunds are allowed on the day of the concert.

- Each person may purchase up to two tickets per show, including one companion. The companion must also have a ticket to enter.

※ Bank transfer payments are not allowed to ensure smooth ticketing operations. This measure is in place to prevent illegal ticket transfers and scalping. We ask for your understanding.

※ Identification will be checked on-site. If the purchaser and the ticket holder do not match, ticket pickup and entry will not be allowed.

※ On-site ticket sales on the day of the concert will only be conducted if seats remain after ticketing closes. If the concert is sold out, on-site sales will not be available to ensure smooth operations and audience safety.

[SPECIAL GIFT EVENT]

- Winners will be notified individually on June 4, 2026.

- Notifications will be sent to the phone number or email address provided during your Ticketlink registration. Please note that you may not be eligible for selection if your contact information is not on file.

- The SPECIAL GIFT must be picked up at the ticket booth during operating hours. Winners must present their notification (text or email), physical ticket, and a valid ID. Pickup by a third party is not permitted.

- Even if a winner purchases two tickets, only one SPECIAL GIFT will be awarded per person. To give more fans a chance to win, duplicate wins across multiple shows are not permitted.

- The SPECIAL GIFT cannot be exchanged or reissued for any reason after it has been claimed.

- The SPECIAL GIFT is not for sale. Please refrain from claiming it for resale purposes.

- This event is subject to the organizer’s policies, and event details, including the winner announcement date, may change without prior notice due to internal circumstances.
