▶ FAN CLUB PRESALE

② When getting verified for the fan club pre-sale on YES24 Ticket, both the membership name and membership number for JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB and HOTTEST 9TH must match exactly. (Including capitalization and spacing)

③ Once the fan club verification is complete, the status will change to “JANG WOOYOUNG Verified (registered)” or “HOTTEST 9TH Verified (registered)” on the product page.

※ When proceeding with your fan club verification, please use a YES24 Ticket ID under your own name. If the reservation account information does not match with the fan club membership information, verification will not be possible.

※ If the fan club verification was conducted on the Korean Reservation Page, tickets may only be reserved on the Korean Reservation Page. If the fan club verification was conducted on the Global Reservation Page, tickets may only be reserved on the Global Reservation Page.

※ One YES24 Ticket ID can be verified once per each fan club (JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB / HOTTEST 9TH) with one fan club ID, and duplicate verification is not possible.

※ YES24 Ticket IDs that have completed fan club verification do not require re-verification at re-login. Verified information cannot be modified, cancelled, or reused. Re-verification is not possible with information that has already gone through verification, even if you cancel your YES24 membership.

※ The event organizer/sponsor and ticketing agency are not responsible for any damages from exposure of your personal information caused by your own negligence-such as others proceeding with fan club verification or making reservations using said personal information-so please take precautions in managing your own membership information.

※ If you encounter a fan club verification error, please contact the YES24 Ticket Customer Service Center (1544-6399).

- FAN CLUB PRESALE is available only to JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB and HOTTEST 9TH members who have completed the fan club pre-verification on the product page within the designated period.

- If you are a member of both JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB and HOTTEST 9TH, you can participate in both fan club pre-sale days. However, even if you are a member of multiple fan clubs, you can purchase one ticket per person for each show during the pre-sale period.

- 2 tickets per person for each show, including the ticket purchased through the FAN CLUB PRESALE.

▶ WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEAT RESERVATION ANNOUNCEMENT

- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be purchased by wheelchair users. Wheelchair users can purchase up to 2 wheelchair accessible seating tickets, including 1 ticket for a companion.

※ To be able to collect your ticket and view the concert, please make sure to reserve tickets for yourself under your own name only. If you are not the person who made the reservation, you cannot watch the show.

※ YES24 Global Ticket Service will be available.

※ Those who reserve tickets on the global page do not have to authenticate themselves via mobile or I-PIN to be able to reserve tickets. However, you will only be able to collect your tickets on-site after presenting a proper ID.
