We are grateful to everyone who have joined FANS.

Bringing Fans and Artist together,

FANS beta is open now all around the world.

FANS is a space created by fans and artists,

aiming to provide various community features

where memories can be shared.

During the open beta period,

we would like to introduce the key features provided:

✨ Membership Verification

If you are a member who has purchased an official fan club subscription, you can verify your membership within the community and receive various exclusive benefits.

Go to your profile in the upper right corner of the community, then navigate to Settings > Membership.

You can verify your membership by tapping ‘Verify Membership’.

Please make sure to enter your name (real name) and reservation number associated with your membership from the external ticketing service. (e.g. Yes24, Interpark)

🌟 From. Artist

In the [Artist] tab,

you can check the posts and votes created by the artist.

All comments left by the artist on posts

can be curated in threads at the top of the comment section.

💖 From. Fans

In the [Fan] tab,

you can post messages you want to convey to the artist

or stories you want to share with other fans.

If you are a membership user,

make the option ‘Membership ONLY’ checked,

to make your post visible only to membership users.

Fan posts which artist left comments can be viewed in Artist PICK! section.

In the [Media] tab,

you can discover official videos and photos

such as music videos, behind-the-scenes videos,

and exclusive content for membership users.

📣 Must-Know Artist News

In the [Notice] tab,

you can check all important announcements related to artists.

🎫 Apply for the events

In the [Events] tab,

you can participate in various online/offline events

such as public broadcasts, streaming events, and many more.

Application, result confirmation, and event check-in

can all be done in FANS.

📌 Offline Event Application Process

1. When event applications open, tap the ‘Apply’ button within the event post.

‣ Applications can be canceled until the event closes.

2. When the results are announced, check the results at the bottom of the event post.

‣ You can also check it in 'Profile > Settings > My Events.

3. If you won or were waitlisted, tap the ‘View Result’ button.

4. After checking event details and announcements, please make sure to participate on-site.

‣ If you win but don’t attend, a ‘penalty’ may be issued,

and event applications may be restricted.

📌 Online Event Application Process

1. When the event applications open, tap the ‘Apply’ button within the event post.

‣ Applications can be canceled until it closes.

2. After fill up the survey, tap the ‘Apply’ button.

3. When the results are announced, check the winning results at the bottom of the event post.

‣ You can also check it in 'Profile > Settings > My Events.

4. For winners, check the winner’s guidance in the event post.

🎞️ Keep Track of Important Dates

By tapping the calendar icon on the upper right corner of the community, you can check the artist’s schedules.

Do not miss important events

such as broadcasts, album releases, concerts, anniversaries, etc.
