We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by a system error at the reservation agency. As previously informed by the agency, all reservations made by phone will be canceled, and the canceled seats will be made available for booking.

Additionally, seats reserved through abnormal or illegal routes, as identified through monitoring, have also been canceled and will be made available along with the phone reservation cancellations according to the following schedule.

2. Reservation/cancellation will be temporarily suspended from 17:00 to 19:59 (KST) on Monday, June 17, 2024, for the additional ticket reservation opening.

3. Making a deposit without a bankbook is restricted when purchasing tickets to ensure a smooth reservation process. Please understand that we are taking measures to prevent the illegal transfer of tickets, purchasing tickets through any unofficial means, and damage to audiences who want to make a ticket reservation.
