먼저, 2PM 15th Anniversary Concert 〈It’s 2PM〉에 많은 관심과 응원 감사합니다. 보내주신 뜨거운 성원에 힘입어 시야제한석을 추가 오픈하기로 결정하였습니다. 추가 좌석은 공연을 관람하시기에 시야·음향적으로 제한이 있으며 아티스트가 무대에 있을 때 동선에 따라 보이지 않을 수 있는 좌석입니다. 그러나 더 많은 팬분들이 볼 수 있도록 하기 위하여 오픈 하오니 관람 시 불편하더라도 양해 부탁드리며, 이 점 참고하시어 신중히 예매 진행 부탁드리겠습니다.

유의사항
1. 
선예매 매수 포함 회차당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
2. 
해당 좌석은 무대 양 사이드 구역으로, 시야 및 음향적으로 제한이 있는 구역입니다. 일반좌석 대비 공연 관람에 불편을 느끼실 수 있으며, 이로 인한 환불은 불가 하오니 이 점 충분히 양지하시어 예매 진행 부탁드립니다.
3. 
공연 당일 해당 좌석의 시야 및 음향 제한에 따른 취소, 변경, 환불은 절대 불가능하고 주최사 및 예매처는 이로 인하여 발생한 문제를 해결해 드릴 수 없음을 알려드립니다.

추가 티켓 판매 오픈을 위하여 9월 6일 (수) 17:00 ~ 19:59 (KST) 까지 잠시 예매/취소가 중단될 예정입니다. ※ 판매 마감 시간 동안에는 예매 대기 서비스 이용 및 확보 좌석 예매 불가합니다.

원활한 예매 진행을 위해 티켓 구매 시 무통장 입금 결제는 제한됩니다. 티켓 불법 양도, 암표 근절 및 티켓을 구입하고 싶어하시는 관객분들에게 피해가 되지 않도록 조치를 취하는 것이니, 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

Thank you for all of the love and support for the 2PM 15th Anniversary Concert 〈It’s 2PM〉. Due to all of the support, we have decided to open additional restricted view seating. These additional seats are in sections that provide a restricted view and sound, and they may not provide a clear view of the artists on stage depending on their movements. However, in order to accommodate a larger number of fans, these seats have been made available for purchase. Please understand that despite any inconveniences during the viewing, we kindly ask for your understanding and careful consideration when making a reservation.

Precautions
1. 
Purchase Limit : 2 tickets per person for each show including FANCLUB PRESALE tickets.
2. 
These seats are on the sides of each end of the stage, providing restricted view and sound. These seats are not as comfortable as the general seats, and please keep this in mind for refunds for these reasons are not allowed.
3. 
It’s important to note that on the day of the concert, there will be no possibility of cancellations, changes, or refunds based on the view and sound limitations of these specific seats. The organizers and ticketing platforms want to inform you that they will be unable to address any issues arising from these limitations.
4. 
In preparation for the additional ticket sales, booking/cancellation services will be temporarily suspended from 6th September (wednesday) 17:00 to 19:59 (KST). ※ During this sales closure period, waiting list services and seat reservations will not be available.
5. 
Making a deposit without a bankbook is restricted when purchasing tickets in order to ensure a smooth reservation process. Please understand that we are taking measures to prevent illegal transfer of tickets, purchasing the ticket through any unofficial means, and damage to audiences who want to make a ticket reservation.
