인증 기간 내, 정확한 인증 절차를 거쳐 이벤트권 인증이 완료된 ‘참석자 확정 명단’을 상단에 첨부하오니, 아래의 정보를 확인하신 후 참석 바랍니다. (명단은 ‘ABC’, ‘가나다’ 순이며 파일 다운로드 후, 본인의 이름과 생년월일을 함께 검색, 확인하시면 됩니다.)

[입장 안내]
1. 
당일 효율적인 현장 진행을 위해 좌석표를 [랜덤]으로 배부할 예정입니다. 좌석표 교환은 삼가 주시고, 반드시 해당하는 좌석에 착석하여 주시기 바랍니다. 좌석표를 분실하시면 입장하실 수 없으니 분실에 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.

좌석표 배부 시 신청 명단 & 신분증 & 이벤트권 확인이 이루어질 예정입니다. 준비물 1) 사진, 생년월일이 기록된 신분증 실물 (주민등록증, 학생증, 여권, 운전면허증, 청소년증 등) 생년월일이 미 기재 된 학생증의 경우 주민등록등본 지참 준비물 2) 사전 인증 이벤트권 - 인증한 그대로 모든 것이 작성된 이벤트권 (이름, 생년월일 자필로 작성) 이벤트권은 펀칭 확인 후 돌려드릴 예정입니다.

행사 시작 30분 전부터 현장 진행 스탭 및 경호원의 인솔에 따라 배부해드린 좌석표를 지참하여 입장하여 주십시오. -입장 시작 시간 오후 17:30 -

신분증 및 사전 인증 완료된 이벤트권을 소지하지 않으신 분은 어떤 방법으로도 입장이 절대로 불가합니다.
5. 
사전 인증 시 기록한 본인의 정보와 신분증 내용이 일치하지 않을 경우, 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.
6. 
이벤트권 위조 및 신분증 양도의 경우에는 절대로 입장 불가합니다. 추후 적발 시에도 중도 퇴장 조치되오니 유의 부탁 드립니다.
7. 
행사 시작 후에는 입장이 불가능합니다. 늦지 않도록 주의해주시고 좌석표 배부 시간에 맞춰 오셔서 대기해 주시기 바랍니다.

Hello, this is JYPE. Thank you for completing the [HOTTEST AFTER PARTY with 2PM – GENTLEMEN’S PARTY] event card (photo card which the back side is printed in gold color) pre-verification. Please check your name on 'List of fixed attendees’, who have completed the pre-verification in the correct method, within the given time period. The list is arranged in alphabetical order, ‘ABC’, ‘가나다’. Once you download the file, please check your name and your date of birth.

[Regarding taking pictures/videos] During “HOTTEST AFTER PARTY with 2PM”, picture taking and video/voice recording are strictly prohibited. If you do so, you will be asked to leave.
[Admission information]
1. 
The seat tickets will be [RANDOMLY] distributed for efficient progress at the event site. Please refrain from exchanging seat tickets and be seated in one’s corresponding seats. Please be cautious about loss of seat tickets, as you cannot enter without them!

‘List of attendees’ & Personal identification card & event card will be checked during seat ticket distribution. Required Materials 1) An Actual Identification card with photo and date of birth documented (Resident registration certificate, student ID card, passport, driver’s license, youth ID card, etc.) For those of you who have student ID card without your date of birth written on it, a copy of your resident registration certificate is required. Required Materials 2) Event card that has been pre-confirmed - same condition as you pre-verified (with your name and date of birth handwritten in pen) The event card will be checked and hole punched by the staff.
3. 
30 minutes before the starting time, please start entering with your seat ticket by the guidance of the staffs.

People who do not possess the identification card and event card that has been pre-confirmed, cannot enter the event by any means at any circumstances.
5. 
Admission to people, whose information on identification card is different from that of the recorded information on the pre-verification, may be restricted.
6. 
People who get caught counterfeiting the event card or transferring identification card, cannot enter. Even they get caught after entrance, they will be asked to leave.
7. 
Admission is not allowed once the event starts. Please be on time for the seat tickets distribution and wait.
[Precautions] - Due to the characteristic of the events, gift/letter delivery is prohibited. - Bringing in placards is prohibited. - Please use public transportation as parking space will not be reserved. - The event may be changed partly or canceled depending on the certain circumstances - For your own safety, please cooperate and follow the guide of staff and security agents. We ask for your kind understanding as some members may not be able to attend.
